This is accomplished through a regimented Functional Fitness style of exercise.

 

Jay Lally Class Schedule

  • Monday - 6am, 9:15am, 6:30pm
  • Wednesday - 6am, 9:15am, 5:30pm*
  • Friday - 6am, 9:15am, 6:15pm*
  • Saturday - 8:30am

* Effective 3/17/08, the Wednesday 5:30pm class will be changed to 6:30pm and the Friday 6:15pm class will be changed to 6:30pm.
